Provably fair gaming is a technology that allows players to verify that every game outcome is completely random and has not been manipulated by the casino. Unlike traditional online casinos where you have to trust that the games are fair, LunarBet uses cryptographic algorithms and blockchain technology to prove fairness mathematically.
Every game result is generated using a combination of server seed, client seed, and nonce, all of which are cryptographically hashed and recorded on the Solana blockchain. This means you can independently verify that the outcome was determined fairly and could not have been altered by us or anyone else.
Server Seed Generation
Before each game, our server generates a random seed and creates a hash of it. This hash is shown to you before you place your bet, proving that the outcome is already determined.
Client Seed Input
You can provide your own client seed to influence the outcome. This ensures that we cannot predict or manipulate the result, as we don't control all the input variables.
Result Calculation
The game result is calculated using a combination of the server seed, client seed, and nonce. This calculation is done using standard cryptographic functions that anyone can verify.
Verification
After the game, we reveal the server seed so you can verify that it matches the hash we showed you before. You can then recalculate the result yourself to confirm it's correct.
All game results and transactions are recorded on the Solana blockchain, providing an immutable record that can be audited by anyone. This adds an extra layer of transparency and security:

We encourage technical users to verify game outcomes independently. All our game logic is based on open cryptographic standards, and you can use any SHA-256 calculator to verify the results. We also provide detailed verification tools within each game interface.
